  1. Coordinate and manage all aspects of customs trade operations, including import and export processes, documentation, and compliance.
  2. Ensure timely clearance of shipments through customs by working closely with customs brokers, carriers, and government agencies.
  3. Review and verify all shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations.
  4. Communicate and collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and customer service, to provide updates on shipment status and address any potential issues.
  5. Stay informed and up-to-date on changes in customs regulations and procedures to ensure compliance and avoid delays or penalties.
  6. Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in customs documentation or procedures, working with appropriate parties to find timely and effective solutions.
  7. Maintain detailed records and documentation of all customs trade activities and transactions.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and providing accurate and helpful information regarding customs processes and procedures.
  9. Participate in training and development programs to stay current on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  10. Collaborate with other departments and team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness in customs trade operations.

  • Knowledge Of International Trade Regulations: A Customs Trade Coordinator At Fedex Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Various International Trade Regulations, Including Import And Export Laws, Customs Procedures, And Trade Agreements.
