Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Customer Experience Planning And Engineering, Preferably In A Logistics Or Transportation Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools Such As Tableau Or Excel.
Knowledge Of Customer Experience Best Practices And Ability To Develop And Implement Innovative Strategies.
