Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Customer Experience Planning And Engineering, Preferably In A Logistics Or Transportation Industry.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools Such As Tableau Or Excel.

  • Knowledge Of Customer Experience Best Practices And Ability To Develop And Implement Innovative Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication, Collaboration, And Project Management Skills.
