  1. Facilitate the smooth and efficient movement of goods across international borders by coordinating with customs authorities and other relevant parties.
  2. Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and laws to avoid delays or penalties.
  3. Review and submit accurate customs documentation, including import and export declarations.
  4. Communicate with customers and internal teams to gather necessary information and resolve any issues related to customs clearance.
  5. Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and communicate any updates or changes to the team.
  6. Collaborate with freight forwarders and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
  7. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of customs documentation.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customs officials and other external stakeholders.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline customs clearance procedures.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any customs-related issues.
  11. Maintain accurate records of all customs-related activities and prepare reports as needed.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and finance, to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.
  13. Train and mentor new team members on customs regulations and procedures.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by actively participating in team meetings and providing support to colleagues when needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In International Trade Coordination Or Customs Brokerage.

  • Strong Understanding Of Customs Regulations And Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Build Relationships With Clients, Customs Officials, And Internal Teams.

  • Proficiency In Relevant Computer Programs And Software, Such As Microsoft Excel And Customs Clearance Systems.
