  11. Dependability: Demonstrate reliability and punctuality in meeting assigned delivery schedules.
  12. DOT Compliance: Adhere to all Department of Transportation regulations and requirements.

  14. Physical Demands: Be able to perform the physical requirements of the job, including lifting and carrying packages up to 75 pounds.

Job Qualifications

  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (Cdl): A Cdl Is Required For The Courier/Swing Drvr/Dot Position At Fedex As It Allows The Driver To Operate Large Vehicles Such As Delivery Trucks And Vans.

  • Clean Driving Record: A Clean Driving Record Is Essential For This Role To Ensure Safe And Efficient Delivery Of Packages. Candidates With A History Of Traffic Violations Or Accidents May Not Be Considered For The Position.

  • Ability To Lift Heavy Packages: The Courier/Swing Drvr/Dot Job At Fedex Involves Physical Labor Such As Loading And Unloading Packages Weighing Up To 70 Pounds. Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Lift Heavy Packages Without Assistance.

  • Familiarity With Dot Regulations: As A Courier/Swing Drvr/Dot, Candidates Must Have A Good Understanding Of Department Of Transportation (Dot) Regulations And Safety Standards For Operating Commercial Vehicles.
