- DOT-1 Certification: Maintain a valid DOT-1 certification and adhere to all safety regulations while operating company vehicles.
- Organizational Skills: Organize packages and plan delivery route to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Physical Demands: Meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting and carrying packages of varying weights, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
- Professionalism: Represent the company in a professional manner at all times, including adhering to dress code policies and maintaining a clean and organized vehicle.

Valid Commercial Driver's License (Cdl) With Appropriate Endorsements: A Cdl Is Required For All Fedex Courier/Swing Drvr/Dot-1 Positions. The Candidate Must Possess A Valid Cdl With The Necessary Endorsements For Driving Large Commercial Vehicles.
Clean Driving Record: A Clean Driving Record Is A Must For Any Fedex Driver. Candidates Must Have A Good Driving History With No Major Traffic Violations, Duis, Or Accidents In The Past 3 Years.
Knowledge Of Dot Regulations: Fedex Drivers Are Responsible For Transporting Packages And Goods In Compliance With The Department Of Transportation (Dot) Regulations. Therefore, Candidates Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of These Regulations And Be Able To Demonstrate This Knowledge During The Hiring Process.
Physical Fitness And Ability To Lift Heavy Packages: The Job Of A Courier/Swing Drvr/Dot-1 Can Be Physically Demanding, Requiring Drivers To Lift And Move Packages Weighing Up To 75 Lbs. On A Regular Basis. Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform These Tasks Safely And Efficiently.
Excellent Time Management And Customer Service Skills: As A Fedex Driver, Candidates Will Be Responsible For Managing Their Time Effectively To Ensure Timely Delivery Of Packages. They Must Also Possess Strong Customer Service Skills To Interact With Customers And Provide A Positive Experience While Delivering Packages.
