  1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all aspects of our computer systems.

  5. Collaborate with other team members and departments to identify and resolve complex technical problems.

  8. Ensure the security and integrity of our computer systems and data.
  9. Train and educate employees on how to use our computer systems effectively.

  11. Assist with the development and implementation of new technology initiatives.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding technology usage and security.
  13. Participate in on-call rotations and be available for after-hours support as needed.
  14. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve our technology systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
