- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and other related equipment in accordance with company procedures and standards.

- Conduct regular system updates, patches, and backups to ensure the smooth and secure operation of all technology systems.
- Collaborate with other members of the IT team to implement new technologies and systems as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to provide innovative solutions for the company.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to all users, ensuring their technology needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Document all technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference and training purposes.
- Monitor and maintain the company's network and security systems to ensure data integrity and protection against cyber threats.
- Work with third-party vendors to resolve issues and implement new solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing technology systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs and issues.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security protocols, to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of all systems and data.
- Participate in on-call rotation and be available for after-hours support as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Technical Support Or Computer Technician Role
Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Repairing Hardware And Software Issues
Knowledge Of Networking Principles And Protocols
Ability To Work Independently And Provide Excellent Customer Service In A Fast-Paced Environment.
