  1. Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems and equipment within the FedEx network.

  4. Conduct system updates and regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to identify and resolve complex technical problems.

  14. Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers for repairs and maintenance.
  15. Maintain inventory and order necessary equipment and supplies as needed.
