  1. Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems and technology infrastructure to ensure optimal functioning.
  2. Install, configure and update hardware and software systems as needed.
  3. Monitor and respond to system alerts and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  4. Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement solutions for system improvements and enhancements.
  5. Provide technical support and training to end-users on various computer systems and applications.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation of system processes and procedures.
  7. Conduct regular system backups and ensure data security measures are in place.
  8. Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends to make recommendations for system upgrades and improvements.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide status updates and report any issues or concerns.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures for data security and systems management.
  11. Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies and coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements.
  12. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  13. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours technical support.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures for efficient and effective system management.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent FedEx in a positive manner.

Job Qualifications
