Performs an accomplished level of duties in the analysis, evaluation and implementation in one or more areas of compensation including compensation services, compensation administration, incentive systems and international compensation. Analysis involves interpretation of trends, strategies and the culture of the corporation.
MBA preferred
Four (4) years related experience in compensation
Knowledge of federal laws and general human resources policies and procedures related to compensation preferred.
