  1. Contact customers with outstanding balances to collect payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Utilize exceptional communication and negotiation skills to proactively resolve payment issues.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
  4. Provide top-notch customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  5. Monitor and analyze customer accounts to identify potential payment issues and take appropriate action.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer disputes and ensure timely resolution.
  7. Follow company policies and procedures for collections and adhere to all legal requirements.
  8. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and handle sensitive financial data with integrity.
  9. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly collection targets as set by the company.
  10. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of collections.
  11. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in collections.
  12. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to collections.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Collections: Candidates Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In Collections, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.
