  1. Manage and oversee the collection of outstanding accounts receivable for the company.
  2. Contact customers to obtain payment on overdue accounts and resolve any billing issues.
  3. Utilize various collection techniques, such as phone calls, emails, and letters, to ensure timely collection of payments.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and accounting, to resolve customer issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.
  6. Monitor and analyze customer payment trends and recommend strategies to improve collection efficiency.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to collections.
  8. Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and disputes from customers.
  9. Prepare and present collection reports to management on a regular basis.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to collections.
  11. Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to increase efficiency and effectiveness of collection efforts.
  12. Meet and exceed collection goals and targets set by the company.
  13. Train and mentor other team members as needed.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
