  1. Contact customers with outstanding balances and work with them to resolve their accounts.
  2. Utilize strong negotiation skills to develop payment plans and strategies for collecting on delinquent accounts.
  3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while communicating with customers.
  4. Meet and exceed monthly collection goals set by management.
  5. Monitor and track customer payment plans to ensure timely and complete payments.
  6. Conduct thorough research and analysis of customer accounts to identify areas for improvement and potential solutions.
  7. Document all customer interactions and updates in the appropriate systems.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as accounting and sales, to resolve complex customer issues.
  9. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures related to collections and provide feedback for improvement.
  10. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards when dealing with customers and their accounts.
  11. Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  12. Attend regular training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in collections.
  13. Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find solutions to complex customer issues.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on progress and challenges.
  15. Uphold a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion.
