- Safely and efficiently drive a delivery truck within the designated city area, following all traffic laws and company policies.
- Load and unload packages from the truck in a timely and organized manner, ensuring proper handling and care.
- Plan and prioritize delivery routes to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of packages to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with customers and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the delivery process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date delivery records, including tracking packages and obtaining customer signatures.
- Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures, including proper handling of hazardous materials and safe vehicle operation.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient and effective delivery operations.
- Monitor and report any vehicle maintenance or repair needs to ensure safe and reliable operation of the delivery truck.

Valid Commercial Driver's License (Cdl): A City Driver At Fedex Must Possess A Valid Cdl With The Necessary Endorsements For The Type Of Vehicle They Will Be Operating.
Safe Driving Record: Candidates Must Have A Clean Driving Record, With No Major Violations Or Accidents In The Past Three Years.
Physical Fitness: The Job Of A City Driver Can Be Physically Demanding And Requires Candidates To Be Able To Lift And Carry Packages Up To 75 Pounds.
Customer Service Skills: A City Driver Is Often The Face Of Fedex To Customers, So Candidates Must Have Excellent Customer Service Skills And Be Able To Interact Professionally With Customers.
