- Develop and implement strategic plans for efficient and effective management of FedEx facilities globally.
- Create and manage budgets for all facilities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals.
- Oversee vendor relationships and contracts, negotiate favorable terms and pricing, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor and maintain facility operations, including repairs and maintenance, security, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of facility operations and KPIs to senior management.
- Manage a team of facility coordinators and technicians, providing leadership, training, and performance feedback.

- Collaborate with procurement and sourcing teams to identify and onboard new vendors and negotiate contracts.
- Identify and manage risks and issues related to facility operations, and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and a strong customer service mindset.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management, Procurement, Or Category Management.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Cost-Saving Opportunities And Negotiate Contracts.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Vendors.
