Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Large Corporate Environment.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Employees At All Levels.
