Job Description

The Internal Controls Analyst analyzes internal control adequacy at FedEx Supply Chain by performing root cause analysis and recommending corrective courses of action to management. Reviews records of departments to ensure compliance to applicable policies and procedures, laws and regulations. Reviews processes, controls, and systems to determine efficiency and effectiveness. Supports facilitation of System and Organization Control (SOC) audits. Coordinate with internal and external audit, and assist in the timely closure of identified improvement opportunities. Supports FedEx Supply Chain’s Control Self-Monitoring (CSM) program. Supports department’s online controls solution tool by administering system functions and translating business requirements into system solutions via configuration where necessary. Supports system enhancements/upgrades (test scripts, correct work path identification, report requirements/queries, software development specifications with developers).

Job Qualifications
  • 2 years of relevant experience

  • Ability to develop effective methods for tracking and monitoring of data and information.

  • Experience with Onspring process automation platform is a plus, but not required
