- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to workers' compensation and actuarial standards of practice.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Workers' Compensation Actuarial Work, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Actuarial Principles And Methods, Including Pricing, Reserving, And Risk Analysis.
Proficiency In Actuarial Software Such As Sas, R, Or Python, And Experience With Databases And Data Analysis.
Excellent Communication And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Actuarial Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
