- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders in the insurance industry.

- Provide guidance and support to agents on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.

Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Sales, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Products And Industry Trends.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Team Members.
