Farmers Insurance is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Field Territory Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a designated territory, developing and executing sales strategies, and coaching and developing a team of agents. We are looking for a self-starter with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in sales and account management.   1. Oversee designated territory: The Sr. Field Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing a designated territory, which may include multiple locations and agents.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies: This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets within their designated territory.
  3. Build and maintain relationships: The Sr. Field Territory Manager will be expected to build and maintain relationships with agents, clients, and other stakeholders in their territory.
  4. Coach and develop agents: This role includes coaching and developing a team of agents to help them improve their sales skills, meet performance goals, and achieve business objectives.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data: The Sr. Field Territory Manager will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for growth within their territory.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: This individual will work closely with other departments and teams within the organization to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives and goals.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and competition: It will be the responsibility of the Sr. Field Territory Manager to stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service: This individual will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to agents, clients, and other stakeholders within their territory.
  9. Lead and motivate: The Sr. Field Territory Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of agents to achieve their full potential and drive business growth.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures: This role requires adherence to company policies and procedures, including those related to sales, customer service, and financial management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Marketing, Or Customer Service, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With A Proven Track Record Of Managing And Developing A High-Performing Team.

  • Experience In Developing And Executing Strategic Plans To Meet Sales And Revenue Targets.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders.
