- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on territory performance and progress towards goals.

Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Marketing, Or Management In The Insurance Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Agents.
