Sourcing & Procurement Operational Analyst

Responsible for supporting SS&P leadership with research, analytics, reporting, and making process improvement and savings recommendations. Support internal customers with their procurement and travel inquiries and requirements as well as will be responsible for managing specific strategic supplier relationships and the procurement associated with those suppliers. Responsible for supporting SS&P leadership, including, auditing contracts, issuing and assessing stakeholder surveys, analyzing operational statistics, summarizing KPIs (Key Performance Metrics), and other critical operational requirements. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of in-house and external SS&P systems. Train SS&P personnel and internal stakeholders on the use of SS&P systems. Contractual Documentation - Manage the issuance non-disclosure agreements, assignments, consent letters, and other operational documents as required.
