Product Designer (Salesforce)

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be a thought leader and key contributor to Farmers’ Agent facing tool, Apex. Designing in Salesforce Lightning, you will craft an engaging, intuitive, and effective solution that will empower our Agents to sell and service policies. Work closely with leads to understand the top opportunities, identify agent-centric solutions, and contribute to the strategic roadmap. Proactively identify areas of the product that need improvement. Collaborate with Product Owners to conceive and refine project requirements, user needs, and business needs. Communicate and test the user experience at various stages of the design process with your wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and prototypes. Design layouts, UI, interaction patterns, visual design, and system components. Help plan and conduct user research with contextual interviews, A/B tests, surveys and analysis. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
