  1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.

  3. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of our insurance products to clients.
  5. Meet or exceed sales targets by actively pursuing new business opportunities and retaining existing clients.
  6. Collaborate with team members and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
  8. Continuously improve sales skills and techniques through training and development opportunities.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for Farmers Insurance by embodying the company's values and mission.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
