Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Talent Sourcing And Recruitment, Preferably In The Legal Industry.
Strong Understanding Of The Legal Market And The Various Roles And Responsibilities Within A Law Firm Or Corporate Legal Department.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Network And Build Relationships With Legal Professionals.
Familiarity With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Tools, As Well As Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software.
