- Develop and maintain the overall technology architecture vision and strategy for the company.
- Lead and mentor a team of domain architects to ensure alignment with the overall architecture and technology roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing systems to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for updates or changes.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement by staying current with industry trends and advancements in technology.

- Oversee the design and implementation of systems and applications to ensure they align with the overall architecture and meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain documentation of technology architecture and standards for the company.

- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to evaluate and select technology solutions that meet the company's needs.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including executives, to present technology strategies and updates.
- Lead the adoption of new technologies and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in all technology solutions.
- Monitor and report on technology architecture performance and make recommendations for improvements.

Extensive Experience In Enterprise Architecture: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Enterprise Architecture, Preferably In The Insurance Industry. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Architecture Principles, Frameworks, And Methodologies.
Technical Expertise: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Technology And How It Can Be Leveraged To Drive Business Outcomes. They Should Have Experience In Designing And Implementing Complex Systems And Applications, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of Cloud Computing, Data Management, And Security.
Leadership Skills: As A Lead Domain Architect, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Architects And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams.
