1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and increase market share within assigned zone.
2. Manage a team of insurance agents and provide training, support, and guidance to ensure their success.
3. Identify and recruit top talent to join the IA Distribution team.
4. Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, customers, and other stakeholders to promote brand loyalty and retention.
6. Collaborate with other department heads to develop and execute effective marketing and advertising strategies.
