Are you a dynamic and driven leader looking for an exciting new opportunity? Farmers Insurance is seeking a Head of IA National Accounts to join our team and oversee our national accounts division. As the Head of IA National Accounts, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability within our national accounts business. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in insurance sales, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of success.   1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability within the national accounts division.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the national accounts division and ensure efficient and effective execution of processes.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with national accounts customers and key stakeholders.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of insurance sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  5. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services tailored to national accounts customers.
  7. Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the success of the national accounts division and make data-driven decisions.
  8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
  9. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our national accounts offerings.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
  11. Develop and maintain budget and financial forecasts for the national accounts division.
  12. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to remain a subject matter expert in the national accounts insurance market.
  13. Collaborate with other department heads to align strategies and achieve overall company goals.
  14. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  15. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, and innovation.

  • Extensive Experience In Insurance Industry: A Qualified Candidate For The Head Of Ia National Accounts Job At Farmers Insurance Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Insurance Industry, With A Focus On National Accounts. Therefore, A Qualified Candidate Should Have A Strong Business Development Background, With A Proven Ability To Identify And Capitalize On New Opportunities.

  • Strategic Thinking And Planning: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess Excellent Strategic Thinking And Planning Skills. This Includes The Ability To Analyze Market Trends, Develop Long-Term Strategies, And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Achieve Business Goals.
