- Investigate and evaluate property damage claims to determine extent of coverage and liability.
- Negotiate settlements with policyholders in a timely and fair manner.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with policyholders to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work independently to manage a high volume of claims in a fast-paced environment.

- Keep up-to-date with industry knowledge and changes in property insurance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other members of the claims team to ensure efficient and effective claims handling.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex claim issues and resolve conflicts.
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced claims adjusters.

Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Property Claims Adjusting.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Insurance, Business, Or Finance.
Proficient Knowledge Of Insurance Policies, Coverage, And Claims Processes.
Ability To Work Independently And Handle A High Volume Of Claims In A Fast-Paced Environment.
