9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in BSA compliance efforts.
10. Provide training and guidance to colleagues on BSA and AML compliance matters.
11. Maintain accurate and organized records of all investigations and compliance efforts.
12. Act as a subject matter expert on BSA and AML compliance and provide guidance to other team members as needed.
13. Participate in audits and examinations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
14. Proactively identify and report any potential issues or deficiencies in the BSA program.
15. Conduct ongoing monitoring and testing of BSA controls and processes to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
