  1. Provide technical support to store associates for all technology-related issues, including hardware, software, and network connectivity.

  3. Communicate effectively with store associates to gather information and provide updates on the status of technical issues.
  4. Train store associates on the proper use of technology and provide ongoing support to ensure their proficiency.
  5. Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  6. Proactively identify and address potential technical issues to prevent disruptions in store operations.
  7. Maintain accurate records of technical support requests and resolutions.
  8. Stay updated on the latest technology trends and updates to provide the most effective support.
  9. Assist in the installation and maintenance of new technology systems in retail stores.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to technology use and security.
  11. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize the technical support process to enhance the customer and store associate experience.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technology initiatives and projects.
