- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Communicate effectively with store managers and other team members to coordinate repair and maintenance schedules.

Experience In Construction: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Construction, Preferably In A Commercial Or Retail Setting.
Knowledge Of Building Codes And Regulations: The Construction Technician Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Building Codes And Regulations To Ensure Compliance With Safety Standards.
Ability To Read And Interpret Blueprints: The Job Requires The Ability To Read And Interpret Blueprints Accurately To Ensure Construction Projects Are Completed According To Specifications.
Proficiency In Operating Construction Equipment: Candidates Should Have Experience Operating Various Construction Equipment, Such As Forklifts, Backhoes, And Skid Steers.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills: The Construction Technician Should Have Good Problem-Solving Skills To Troubleshoot And Resolve Any Issues That May Arise During The Construction Process. This Includes Identifying Potential Problems And Finding Effective Solutions To Keep The Project On Track.
