Job Description

Your main responsibilities will require the daily use of QuickBooks – handling invoices, billing, reconciliations, and tax filings. We are looking for someone who is fairly technical and has the ability to develop accounts payable processes. Tracking and handling company invoices. Periodic filing for use taxes – monthly/quarterly/annual. Completing simple tax forms. QuickBooks maintenance. Bank account and credit card reconciliations. Accounts payable. Employee reimbursements. May partially work from home.

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of Bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks required

  • SaaS experience preferred
