Job Description

Fannie Mae is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Portfolio Manager/Advisor - Strategic Enablement to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a broad portfolio of strategic initiatives, in order to provide leadership and support to Fannie Mae’s mission. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business strategy and operations, as well as experience in finance, technology, and policy.This role requires excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to assess the impact of business decisions on a large scale. Additionally, the Portfolio Manager/Advisor - Strategic Enablement must possess a willingness to lead and an ability to build strong relationships across the organization to ensure successful partnerships and outcomes.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or another related field• 5+ years of experience in a strategic portfolio management role• Proven experience in developing and tracking performance metrics• In-depth knowledge of industry trends and regulations• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skillsIf you possess the skills and qualifications outlined above, and have a passion for driving meaningful change and impact, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a broad portfolio of strategic initiatives to support Fannie Mae’s mission

• Analyze the impact of business decisions on a large scale • Assess performance metrics and track progress • Stay current on industry trends and regulations • Lead initiatives and build strong relationships with stakeholders • Utilize excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Generate reports and provide insights from data analysis • Develop and manage budgeting for strategic initiatives • Mentor and coach team members in various aspects of strategic enablement • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
