Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Enterprise Planning Lead Associate to join Fannie Mae’s team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to think strategically while managing daily operations and overseeing the completion of projects. The successful candidate will be a critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be a highly motivated self-starter, and have a strong sense of urgency.Required qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience• At least five years of experience in a business-planning role, preferably in the financial services sector• Demonstrated success in developing and executing business plans• A proven ability to drive and manage change• Strong knowledge of financial analysis and management• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong sense of urgency• Proven leadership and team management skills

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to meet company objectives.
  2. Monitor daily operations and ensure timely completion of projects.
  3. Analyze financial and business data to identify trends and new opportunities.
  4. Manage change initiatives and drive strategic initiatives.
  5. Lead and manage teams to ensure successful completion of projects.
  6. Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.
  7. Develop and implement policies and procedures to support planning and forecasting activities.
  8. Monitor and report on progress and performance.
  9. Conduct financial modeling and analysis to optimize resource utilization.
  10. Prepare and present performance reports to executive teams.
