Store Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate daily store operations
2. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide exceptional customer service
3. Hire, train, coach and evaluate staff
4. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and store sales
5. Manage inventory and ensure store is adequately stocked
6. Monitor and control store expenses
7. Manage and resolve customer complaints
8. Oversee cash management and ensure compliance with financial regulations
9. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote store events and specials
10. Maintain a safe and clean store environment
11. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports to senior management
