Responsibilities:

1. Manage and lead a team of asset protection specialists to ensure the protection of the company's assets against shrinkage and theft.
2. Develop and implement corporate asset protection policies and procedures.
3. Monitor and examine operational processes to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
4. Train and coach asset protection personnel and store teams in the implementation of asset protection policies and procedures.
5. Investigate suspicious activity and incidents of theft and fraud.
6. Provide guidance to regional asset protection personnel regarding investigations and asset protection strategies.
7. Develop and implement safety programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
8. Maintain accurate records of asset protection activities and incidents.
9. Monitor surveillance systems and provide feedback for improvement.
10. Work with local law enforcement and other security partners to ensure security of the company and its assets.
