This person should be able to quickly build relationships with customers and co-workers, promote a positive workplace atmosphere, and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate must possess a high school diploma (or equivalent) and have at least one year of sales experience. They should also have a basic understanding of retail operations, including cash handling and customer service. Proficiency with computers and software programs such as Microsoft Office is a plus.
