Sales Floor Associate

As a Sales Floor Associate, you'll be the face of Family Dollar, helping customers find what they're looking for and making sure our store is kept neat and orderly. To be successful in this role, you'll need 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to stay organized while multitasking. 2. Assist customers in finding items in the store
3. Ensure store is kept neat and organized
4. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
5. Stock shelves and organize merchandise
6. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
7. Answer customer questions and provide product information
8. Stay up-to-date on new products and services
9. Ensure safety and security of the store
10. Lift up to 25 pounds as needed
