Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  2. Manage inventory levels and personnel, delegating tasks and ensuring a productive working environment.
  3. Analyze data to identify trends in sales, customer service, and product performance.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, customer service, and profitability.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Train, motivate, and evaluate employees to maximize their potential.
  7. Solve complex problems and think outside of the box to find innovative solutions.
  8. Prepare reports and presentations on store performance and operational updates.
  9. Monitor competitor activities and implement best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
  10. Build relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
