As an Operations Assistant Manager at Family Dollar, you will be an integral part of our team. Responsibilities: • Ensure that operations run smoothly in the store • Provide exceptional customer service to customers • Monitor customer feedback and respond accordingly • Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction • Oversee the store staff and ensure that they are providing excellent customer service • Monitor store performance and identify areas for improvement • Assist in the training and development of store staff • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations • Ensure that the store is properly stocked and organized • Ensure that store policies and procedures are followed • Prepare reports and analyze data to track store performance
