Job Description

As an Operations Assistant Manager at Family Dollar, you will be an integral part of the team, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the store. You will support the Store Manager in the day-to-day leadership and supervision of the store operations staff. You should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to handle multiple tasks at once, and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day leadership and supervision of store operations staff.
  2. Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the store.
  3. Monitor and manage store inventory.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service.
  5. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  8. Train and develop store staff members.
  9. Monitor store performance and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Develop operational plans and strategies to meet business goals.
