
Operations Assistant Manager

Family Dollar is seeking an experienced Operations Assistant Manager to support our store operations team!We’re looking for an individual that is passionate and enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing a retail operation and strong communication skills.The Operations Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the store is operating at peak efficiency and that the customer experience is second to none. You will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of associates to deliver outstanding customer service and sales results. Responsibilities:
- Monitor store operations to ensure peak efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and motivate store associates to ensure they are providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and develop strategies to improve store operations.
- Ensure store compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Train and onboard new store associates.
- Maintain up-to-date records of store operations, financials, and personnel.
- Monitor inventory levels and utilize effective stock management techniques to reduce out of stock items.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
- Monitor and manage store budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
