Job Description

The Family Dollar is looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as the Operations Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has a passion for customer service, problem-solving, and working collaboratively within a team. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ambition to take on a leadership role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in a supervisory role. You should also possess a high school diploma or equivalent and strong computer skills. Previous experience with inventory management, cash handling, and loss prevention is a plus. You should have the ability to think on your feet, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment. You must be a team player who is willing to help out wherever needed and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities. Responsibilities:
