Merchandise Assistant Manager

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandise Assistant Manager to join our team at Family Dollar. In this role, you will play an integral part in our store’s success by helping to ensure that our merchandise is properly displayed and continually replenished. You will work closely with the Store Manager to coordinate store merchandise and manage inventory levels. The ideal candidate will have prior retail experience, an excellent understanding of store operations, and a customer service-oriented mindset. Responsibilities:

1. Assist Store Manager in managing merchandise display and replenishment.
2. Ensure proper store operations and execute tasks efficiently.
3. Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers.
4. Coordinate store merchandise and manage inventory levels.
5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
6. Monitor and evaluate sales performance.
7. Track customer inquiries and resolve customer issues.
8. Assist with stocking shelves and ensuring product availability.
9. Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
10. Train and motivate store staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service.
