Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and train store associates on customer service standards, operational procedures, and product knowledge.
2. Monitor store operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations, store policies and procedures, and customer service standards.
3. Maintain store displays and merchandise to maximize sales and profitability.
4. Assist in resolving customer complaints and inquiries.
5. Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
6. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely reordering of products.
7. Assist in recruiting, hiring and training new staff members.
8. Create and update store operational documents and training materials.
9. Prepare and submit reports on store performance and other related metrics.
10. Develop and implement promotional and advertising campaigns to generate interest and increase customer engagement.
