Customer Service Experience: Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Retail Environment, Is Highly Desirable For This Position. This Will Demonstrate The Candidate's Ability To Handle Customer Interactions And Resolve Issues In A Professional Manner.

Problem-Solving Skills: A Successful Customer Service Representative Should Be Able To Think On Their Feet And Come Up With Creative Solutions To Resolve Customer Issues. This Requires Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Remain Calm Under Pressure.
