Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Family Dollar, you will have the opportunity to provide excellent customer service and support to our customers. You will be the face of our company and serve as the primary point of contact for customers. Your role will be essential in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, be organized and detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.If you are an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about customer service and creating a positive shopping experience, we would love to have you join our team!

Responsibilities:

  9. Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
