Job Description

Family Dollar is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team! Our ideal candidate is eager to learn and passionate about providing excellent customer service. To be successful in this role, you must be an excellent communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner. You must also be willing to take initiative and demonstrate a strong work ethic. If you are a confident, self-motivated, and have a passion for customer service, then we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers and provide assistance with customer inquiries.
  2. Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service.
  3. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  4. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and assistance.
  5. Listen attentively to customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
  6. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify root cause of customer issues.
  7. Track customer interactions and provide feedback to management.
  8. Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries are addressed.
  9. Upsell products and services when appropriate.
  10. Maintain knowledge of store products and services.
