Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and energetic Assistant Store Manager to join the Family Dollar team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store. You will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, promoting sales, and leading store personnel. The ideal candidate for this position will have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure customer satisfaction and promote sales through excellent customer service.
  2. Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations of the store.
  3. Lead store personnel in a professional and efficient manner.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized store.
  5. Train and develop staff members to reach their potential.
  6. Implement operational procedures and systems.
  7. Monitor inventory and order stock as necessary.
  8. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
